About this table
Nell Forrester carves her own printing blocks from basswood, inking motifs of tobacco leaves, horse fencing, and native wildflowers onto linen and cotton. Her corner table at Bourbon Ridge is stacked with tea towels that feel like a Kentucky Bluegrass kitchen should.
Each print run is small — often under thirty pieces — so patterns come and go with the season. Soft indigo, walnut brown, and cream dominate the palette.
