About this table
Mara Hensley started Holler Hen in a converted tobacco barn outside Maple Grove, rendering beeswax from local hives and milking Nubian goats for her signature cold-process bars. Every batch is cured slow, labeled by hand, and stocked at Bourbon Ridge for Bluegrass neighbors who want clean ingredients without the chain-store gloss.
What began as gifts for church potlucks is now a full table of seasonal scents — tobacco flower, fresh-cut hay, and Kentucky bourbon barrel oak — that smell like home.
